In your case the content is your business information. 5 To 10 Pages

You can have as many pages as you want but usually 5 or 6 is enough to represent most small businesses. Usually these pages are titles something like

  • About Us

Simple Contact Form

A simple contact form is usually found on the "Contact Us" page. this usually consists of

  • email
  • subject
  • message
  • or something similar

The site is design is constructed on a pre-selected template selected by the client & designer. Then the company logo, colours & images are added to give the site a unique look.

Out of the box Joomla is a basic looking design, so if you decide to build your site on this format you are best off either purchasing or using free templates to enhance your site's appearance. From personal experience if you want a professional looking web site then spend the money on a professionally designed template.

Showcase or Products Page

One of the main purposes of a Brochure Style Website is to feature your product, service or past work. This may best be presented as an image gallery or simple page article. your designer will inform you of the best way to present this information.

What Is Your Responsibility In The Development Process

You must supply the following to keep a smooth workflow on your website

  • button & page titles (Home, About Us, Services, Gallery, Clients, Contact Us, etc.)
  • page content for above mention page titles
  • any preferred images either for information pages or product, work presentation
  • contact form information (anything outside the common name, email, subject & message. Extensive form creation will incur additional cost)
  • digital artwork (logos etc. recreation of logos will incur additional cost)
Domain names, template purchase (if required) & hosting are invoiced separately and are not included with the $880 base level price for brochure style website development. Your only ongoing costs after design is approximately $200 per year, this involves hosting & domain name registration.
