Web Design. ### Description The Burdekin Water Festival is one of the longest running festivals in Queensland. It was the dream of William Morley (Bob) Saxby Snr who had been to Toowoomba and had experienced the Carnival of Flowers in 1957. ### Developer's Notes This is their 2nd design from the site I did back in 2010. I gave this a face lift and added lots of cool features that just weren't around all those years ago.
