#  Email or Website Connection Issues

The main purpose of this form is to capture your IP address, which will be sent automatically upon submission. The most common issue with email malfunctions is typically an IP block due to a failed IMAP or POP3 connection. Once I have your IP address, I can check your server for these blocked connections. This IP block is associated with server security; usually, there are over 100 valid blocks per day, but sometimes it blocks valid users.
