Priority Support Packages
All Support Packages are a one-off purchase with no ongoing monthly or yearly fees and run for a term of 5 years. Once you purchase a package, you have 5 years to use the allocated hours, and when they’re used up, you can choose to upgrade or renew if you wish.

The packages range from 3 hours to 40 hours, with the cost decreasing per hour as the package size increases.
