Priority Support Packages

Our support packages are designed with you in mind — no ongoing monthly fees, no pressure to use time before it disappears. Instead, you purchase a block of hours that’s valid for a full five years. Use it when you need it, skip it when you don’t. It’s a client-friendly approach you won’t find anywhere else — and if you do, chances are they copied it from us.

Every minute of support time is tracked in a detailed work log (see work log example ), so you’ll always know how your hours are being used and exactly how much time you have left. It’s clear, flexible, and fair — just the way support should be.

The more hours you purchase, the more you save. Packages range from 3 hours to 40 hours, with the hourly rate decreasing as the package size increases. All packages are valid for 5 years and can be upgraded at any time within that window. It's a simple, cost-effective way to access priority support — without the hassle of quotes or unpredictable costs.

In the interest of full transparency and keeping clients up to date, I've started a new policy of sending out worklogs when ever I do work on any support packages. Usually I send out the worklogs when the support package has ended so don't get worried when you see these popping in your inbox.

The time frame of the support package is for five (5) years from purchase date or until the allotted hours run out. Packages do NOT automatically renew. Unused hours are non-refundable.

How Upgrades Work

  • Start with Any Package

    Choose a 3-hour, 5-hour, 10-hour (or larger) package. Each package is valid for 5 years from purchase. You can upgrade at any time within that period.

  • First Upgrade

    When you upgrade, you pay less per extra hour than your original package rate. For example, moving from a 5-hour to a 10-hour package adds 5 hours at a lower rate than your first 5.

  • Further Upgrades

    As long as you haven’t reached the 40-hour package, you can keep upgrading in steps — and the discount applies every time. You’ll always get the lower “bigger package” rate for the extra hours.

  • Why It’s Better Value

    Upgrading means you never lose what you’ve already paid for. The higher-package rate is carried over, so the total cost ends up the same as if you’d bought the bigger package from the start — but you can spread the cost over time.

The Process:

  • If you’re unsure how many hours you need, call us on (07) 4773 4719
  • We’ll send you an invoice and upgrade your package manually.
  • If you haven’t already, send your request via email or phone.
  • Once complete, we’ll send a WORK LOG so you can see hours used, hours left, and work done.

Start with any package and upgrade at any time within its 5-year validity. When you upgrade, you only pay the difference — and the extra hours are charged at the cheaper, larger-package rate. This means you always get the best value, whether you move up in small steps or go straight to a bigger package.
